1. Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. Service Overview

Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. is a company who build hydroponic solution, Hydi is an automated, app-connected hydroponic system (“Product”) that enables users to grow plants using controlled environmental settings. The Service includes access to the mobile app, website, online recipe catalog, device control tools, and any other related features. An active internet connection is required to operate your Product.
 

2. Accounts and Registration

Creating an account may be required to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
 

3. Payment Terms

Some features require payment. Fees are displayed before purchase and are processed via third-party platforms. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. reserves the right to change pricing with advance notice. Recurring payments will be charged automatically unless canceled. Refunds, if any, will be issued to your original payment method.
 

4. User Content

Users may upload content (e.g., settings, recipes, photos, reviews). You retain ownership of your content. By posting publicly, you grant Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content. Private uploads are used to operate your Product and may be incorporated into anonymized analytics or future public recipes without identifying you.
 

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, post offensive content, infringe rights, upload malware, or reverse-engineer our software. Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. may suspend access if these rules are violated.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. is not responsible for third-party content or how your data is used by them.

7. Termination and Modification

You may close your account at any time. Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. We may also modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

8. Privacy and Additional Terms

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Purchasing Products is subject to additional purchase and warranty terms, which are incorporated by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified, and continued use of the Service means you accept the new terms.

10. Ownership

All content, code, and design of the Service is owned by Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without express permission. All rights are reserved.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that:

(a) you are at least 18 years of age;

(b) you have not been previously suspended from the Service;

(c) your use complies with all applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Service to grow any illegal or restricted substances under your local laws. If using on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

12. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. the unrestricted right to use and commercialize them without compensation.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. from any claims or disputes arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Disclaimer

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

15. Limitation of Liability

Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, where Groot is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Or Yehuda, unless arbitration applies.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies, represent the entire agreement between you and Groot – Automatic Hydroponic Systems Ltd.. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration instead of court, unless you qualify for small claims court. Class actions are not permitted.

19. Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you agree to receive notices and communications electronically in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If using our app on iOS, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service.

23. Language

These Terms are written in English. In case of translation, the English version governs.
